We had a very good meal around the lobster menu with the food and wine pairing. Everything went very well whether it was the tasting where everything came together perfectly whether it was the flavors, the texture, the sauces, the presentation. Each part brings to the dishes. Not being a fan of chocolate I was afraid for the lobster and chocolate dessert but even he was able to win me over. The only downside was our 2nd wine which was not at all to our taste and did not correspond to the idea we had following the discussion. Offering to taste the wine could avoid this type of problem. The kitchen and its chef were able to adapt to my pepper allergy at the last minute because they were not informed when booking, another big thank you to them. Thank you for this culinary experience which was very pleasant.

Nous avons vécu une savoureuse expérience culinaire, tout un spectacle dans la présentation des plats, dans leur montage … difficile de ne pas reconnaître la patte d’un grand chef. Du pré amuse-bouche aux mignardises présentés dans une belle vaisselle, tout était parfait. Menu tout Homard pour l’un, menu Balade pour les autres. Reste à améliorer un peu la décoration de la salle pour la rendre plus chaleureuse. Et ensuite, une jolie promenade dans le parc du château. Merci pour ce beau moment.

Very nice experience. The ballad menu at €69 was perfect from start to finish, Japanese influences very appreciated and an attentive and spectacular service team in these numerous preparation shows in front of your table (smoking, distillation, cutting, etc.) well done to you. I recommend after a long day in the Puy du Fou park.

We came for lunch this afternoon, thank you to the whole team for this culinary interlude awakening our taste buds and our senses. Une très belle découverte gustative dans un cadre verdoyant. La cuisine est inventive et d’une grande finesse. L’accueil et le service sympathiques et soignés.

We discovered new flavors such as floral and vegetal in a beautiful setting (view of the castle and nature) We had a great time and what's more, we didn't notice the time had passed because the team (great, friendly and attentive to our needs) took care of us, making us wait with little culinary surprises. The time between courses was fluid so there wasn't too much waiting which was nice. And at the end, chef Valentin came to chat with us.

Visited La Table du Boisniard for lunch with my husband and two children to celebrate my birthday. We ordered the large menu for the whole table and for the next 3 hours we enjoyed a great culinary journey together in this beautiful place. The place has so richly deserved its Michelin star - it is close to taste perfection. We would absolutely recommend this place to others - thank you for a wonderful experience as a family, not least to the professional and welcoming waiting staff, who really made the experience complete. J'ai visité La Table du Boisniard pour déjeuner avec mon mari et mes deux enfants pour fêter mon anniversaire. Nous avons commandé le grand menu pour toute la table et pendant les 3 heures suivantes, nous avons vécu ensemble un grand voyage culinaire dans ce bel endroit. L'endroit a amplement mérité son étoile Michelin : il frôle la perfection gustative. Nous recommandons absolument cet endroit à d'autres - merci pour cette merveilleuse expérience en famille, notamment au personnel d'attente professionnel et accueillant, qui a vraiment rendu l'expérience complète. Vi bestilte den store menu til hele bordet og de næste 3 timer nød vi en fantastisk god kulinarisk rejse sammen på dette smukke sted. Stedet har så rigeligt fortjent sin Michelin-stjerne - det er tæt på smagsmæssig perfektion. Vi ville absolut anbefale dette sted til andre - tak for en skøn oplevelse som familie, ikke mindst til den profesionelle og imødekommende tjenerstab, der virkelig gjorde oplevelsen fuldendt.
