La Table du Clos sur Saint-Quentin-La-Poterie

It's important to note that this hotel has been under new management since January 2026 and we recently had a lovely and relaxing 2 day stay here. The hotel is a gem which is currently being polished so there is a little room for improvement like a few more hooks in the bathroom but I'm confident these small changes will be made in time. The couple who are running it are warm, helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms have all recently been tastefully redone, the beds and linens have all been replaced and the room was very clean and the beds comfortable. The garden and pool area is lovely, with beautiful views I went for a swim in the pool and although a bit bracing at first (it is only May) it was gorgeous and big enough to swim proper lengths, there are plenty of sun loungers available to chill out around the pool or in the garden. The hotel is perfectly situated at the top of the village, there is plenty of parking (which contrary to earlier reviews is included). You won't need a car though if you are going into the village as the restaurants and potterys are within easy walking distance. We found the hotel a very calm and tranquil place to be in and the perfect base from which to explore this beautiful area, Uzés, Le Pont du Gard etc.

A superb hotel in a quiet and peaceful location. Everything is tastefully done, from breakfast to the hotel's decor. The staff is incredibly friendly. Highly recommended.

Total relaxation!! Kevin and Jérémie take care of everything for your well-being, from breakfast to aperitifs and even into the night, not forgetting the pool and jacuzzi. A real bonus is that you can walk to the village while still enjoying peace and quiet. We love it!!

A haven of peace! Calm and serenity! A perfect stay from beginning to end. A very warm welcome; Kevin and Jérémy are incredibly attentive. The rooms are very comfortable and spotlessly clean! A special mention for the homemade pear and vanilla jam—delicious! Looking forward to the next stay 😉

New owners. The hotel has been renovated and is very modern. It's spacious and beautiful. The breakfast is substantial, with both savory and sweet options. The appetizer platters and smoothies are a nice touch by the pool. The spacious room is equipped with a very comfortable king-size bed and a terrace. I highly recommend it.

Absolutely charming new owners since the reopening in March 2026. A complete transformation: a generous and excellent breakfast, refurbished rooms and bedding, freshly painted common areas, and a cleaned and tidy garden. In short, a brand new hotel that deserves a new rating. We love this small, intimate hotel in this pretty village near Uzès.
