A very relaxing, pleasant, and comforting hotel.

This isn't our first time staying at this hotel, and we've always enjoyed it immensely. Its location is ideal, close to three metro lines and the Grands Boulevards with their many entertainment venues, bars, and restaurants. The welcome was very professional (thank you, Henri!), and the service was excellent. Breakfast was superb, with a team working alongside the manager, whose smiles were infectious. In short, another excellent stay.

In summary, the facilities and location were excellent. While some service details could be improved, the overall experience was far superior. The hotel is located in a quiet alleyway and is only a 20-minute walk from Gare du Nord (Germany station), making it very convenient for travelers with flights. 【Room Experience: Highlights】 * Spaciousness: A 26-square-meter room is a rare find in the heart of Paris, with a spacious layout. * Amazing TV Stand: The TV features a retractable stand, allowing for easy viewing from the sofa or bed. HDMI switching is also very intuitive. * Bathroom Facilities: The room has a separate shower and bathtub, with a powerful showerhead. The amenities are from the premium brand CLARINS, although the shower gel felt slightly slippery; it's recommended to assess based on personal preference. * Generous Mini Bar: Five complimentary beverages, capsule coffee, and Dammann Frères tea bags are replenished daily, demonstrating a high level of hospitality. 【Thoughtful Service: Unexpected Surprises】 The hotel offers complimentary afternoon tea to all guests (regardless of membership level) daily from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Enjoying a hot tea and dessert after a long day of sightseeing in Paris is a highly competitive plus. Furthermore, the housekeeping staff attentively observe guests' towel placement habits (not changing towels when hung up, but updating them when placed on the floor) to implement environmental policies; this "understanding of guests" is commendable. 【Details for Improvement (Regarding Platinum Members and Services)】 * Membership Benefits: As a Platinum member, I was still strictly restricted to room access at 3:00 PM, and since I had already booked a superior room, there was no additional upgrade, making the benefits of a higher membership relatively less noticeable. * Repair Efficiency: I reported a loose bathroom door handle to the turndown service staff. Although they checked the room, it wasn't repaired by the time I checked out 7 days later. I suggest the hotel improve its response time for hardware maintenance. Despite this minor issue, the overall accommodation quality remained high, especially the TV that could be viewed from various angles and the generous amenities, which made the trip much more comfortable. Highly recommended!

Quite good 'luxury' hotel but quiet away from main tourist areas.

We visited when it was just recently refurbished. Surprisingly spacious especially for Paris. Reception and checkin was par excellence, genuine and really caring. Aimmee (Amy) was fantastic. We had a room plus sofa bed for our kid which was spacious, clean and very well maintained. Love their cocktail hour with courtesy tea, macarons and other sweets.goo location and I would definitely visit again. Price/quality - for Paris hard to find and very pleased with it.

A very nice hotel in a quiet area, yet you can still easily walk to the hotspots. We liked the interior. The staff were all very friendly. We really liked the room, which was very spacious by Parisian standards, as was the bathroom. The breakfast was also extensive. We would gladly return.

A 4-star hotel that's just like a 5-star! A warm and luxurious place. The service is impeccable, and the staff is always available should you have any problems. The rooms are truly spacious and clean. The biggest plus for me is its proximity to the train station (less than a 10-minute walk). I really have nothing but praise for the quality of service.

I really appreciated the welcome note on my bed and the chocolate teddy bears, delicious! The staff was very helpful when I asked them questions; The restaurant and bar staff were very kind to me; The reception (Henri was fantastic) and two other young ladies were very helpful :) Thank you. The room was comfortable and very well appointed; I was delighted with my stay. I'll be back :)

A very nice hotel in a central location. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were quiet, clean, and very well furnished. The location near the lively Blvd. Bonne Nouvelle with its theaters and restaurants is excellent. The bar has a very pleasant atmosphere, and the dinner was very good. The excellent breakfast also deserves a mention. Thank you very much – we would love to come back.
