I regularly order California maki (salmon/avocado or shrimp/avocado tempura) from the takeout menu and I've never been disappointed. The portions are perfectly balanced, the rice is delicious, and the ingredients are fresh. The value for money is excellent, especially for the neighborhood. On top of that, the staff are lovely, always smiling and welcoming. We always receive a truly warm welcome. I highly recommend this restaurant!

A wonderful discovery on Rue Mouffetard. I had a very pleasant time in this intimate and welcoming setting. The kebabs were perfectly grilled and delicious. Pairing them with a nice cold Asahi beer was the perfect choice. I highly recommend this place for a successful dinner.

Authentic Japanese food, you can share dishes as the portions are large (you can see this on the menu), top quality and very friendly service, the water is free and good, just like everywhere in Paris!

04/08/2026: The most delicious restaurant I went to in Paris wasn't a Michelin-starred one, nor was it some fancy course meal; it was Sanukiya. It felt like I was in Japan. T_T I want to eat there again... If you come during peak dining hours, I think there will definitely be a wait. I was lucky enough to get in without waiting, but even though it was around 3:30 or 4:00, a line formed as soon as I sat down. Still, the turnover seems pretty fast, so if the line isn't too long, I think it's worth giving it a try. Delicious! Delicious! Delicious! Delicious!
02/08/2026: SLAPS! + happy hour beer. Cold udon on a summer's day is... the best!

13/07/2026: A wonderful discovery! The sushi was excellent, prepared with fresh ingredients and great care. Beyond the quality of the food, we were especially touched by the warm welcome; the entire team was incredibly attentive from beginning to end. A huge thank you!
11/07/2026: The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The prices are reasonable and the portions more than generous (we had to take a Tupperware container home) and the food is very good!
