La Table du Pays sur Laifour

This restaurant was the highlight of our holiday. They really know how to cook! We arrived without a reservation for the Valentine's Day menu. The lady gave us a very warm welcome, and despite our limited French, we managed just fine. The wine was delicious, and the beer was great too. The food was fantastic! The croustillon was especially amazing. I found the restaurant through Google and would have easily driven past it otherwise. You shouldn't have! We would have loved to go back, but unfortunately, they were closed the next day. This restaurant is definitely one of the reasons we'll be returning to the region. Thank you!
