The bread here is amazing and the staff are very friendly and funny. There's normally a queue of people waiting for bread (a good sign), but the wait is short and it's worth it.

A customer for several years, I'm always a little disappointed at first when there's a change of sales staff... but then we get to know each other and everything's fine. The sourdough bread is excellent and the air conditioning in the shop is pleasant (especially in this heat). I really appreciate it when you open the outdoor reception area; it streamlines things and saves time for both customers and staff. Have a wonderful summer, team!

The most delicious raspberry croissants in the entire area. I drive all the way from Sant Nazaré.

I tasted the breads, pastries, and a few cakes from this bakery, and they're all far superior to what you can find elsewhere. Special mention goes to the Patchwork flaky brioche, which is incredibly generous with praline and butter, and perfectly executed—always a delight. I completely disagree with the criticisms of the staff and management (which seem more like bitter jealousy than anything else...). The welcome is excellent, and the service is efficient. I'm grateful that this bakery exists in La Baule; long may it prosper.

La Baule, June 14th to 22nd. The baguette was flat and undercooked, even when I asked for it well-done. I hadn't even started eating before I'd paid. And to top it off, if you have to insert your credit card, it's the end of the world; they throw the card reader at me, which, of course, malfunctions. The pastries were okay, but again, I felt like I was from another planet, lol: I asked for the ones in the main display case, the ones you walk right past, not the ones in the small, sunny side window because the praline ones are just okay. In short, we've been coming here for several years, and this year is the absolute worst. On top of that, the staff is unpleasant, unprofessional, and frankly, they're not very nice to customers, to put it politely.
