La Table du Sommelier sur Castres

The place on the terrace in good weather is certainly the best in the city. The cuisine is refined and the wine pairings are of a high level.

We ate as a family. The dishes were very good, well prepared and very generous. We also discovered some very good wines. We revise.

We come regularly, especially at lunchtime. The menu changes every day, the dishes are homemade and seasonal with fresh produce. The waiter/sommelier will know how to match the wine according to the dishes but will also adapt to your tastes. For us, the service is careful and discreet (without being cold or haughty, as sometimes described). In short, we without hesitation recommend this table, very accessible at lunchtime.

The place is really nice. The dishes are excellent from starters to desserts. The price is reasonable. We return there every time with great pleasure. Never disappointed.

We arrived at this small square by chance while walking in the city and were immediately seduced by this picturesque and calm place. The welcome is personalized, friendly and attentive. The cuisine is simple but refined and the price is really very low because for starter main course dessert you get 17e, which allows you to enjoy a good wine as an accompaniment and for the children a top-of-the-range fruit juice, which they have really appreciated. We left very happy with this culinary discovery and the friendliness of its owners. I recommend this address.

Quantity and quality in this restaurant. What I found original is that there are 2 menus which allow us to taste the varieties of the region and drinks from other regions (like the fruit juice from Valencia which we carries in a variety of flavors). I highly recommend

Not only is the setting magnificent, but the cuisine is generous and refined, enough to make many a great chef blush. Completely revisited, deconstructed dishes take us on a journey of colors and flavors. The wines recommended by a real Sommelier magnify the decor. It pours out like a sweet secret, the history of our most beautiful French grape varieties. The taste buds play with our emotions and transport us to a wider world. A big thank you.
