Living in Nouméa, we shouldn't miss an opportunity to eat at this lovely little place when we're in the area. The lady is smiling and helpful, and the chef is fantastic! See you soon 😋

30/12/2025: A very warm welcome, befitting the setting. Very affordable gourmet menus. A discovery of new flavors. A truly great chef. Top-notch presentation and service. Equivalent to a grand hotel restaurant in the luxury districts of Paris. A wonderful surprise to find this place in St. Galmier. And above all, the owner is incredibly involved in every aspect of the business – truly unheard of. As a resident of St. Galmier, I'm blown away. I highly recommend it! 👍😉
