La Table Verte is a place you absolutely must visit. The welcome is discreet, yet the staff are attentive to their customers. The setting is warm and inviting, with tasteful decor, making you feel instantly at ease. The cuisine is exquisite from the first bite, a true delight for the taste buds. The flavor combinations are surprising. The presentation of the dishes is refined, showcasing high-quality ingredients. Congratulations to the Chef! And thank you to the young woman for her professional service throughout the meal. Note that the prices are a bit high, especially for the wines. I highly recommend this restaurant and wish it continued success.

A restaurant I stumbled upon during a Sunday stroll through the Vexin region. A wonderful find! The dishes were full of flavor and taste. The service was impeccable. 👏👏

A wonderful discovery thanks to the Atelier du Ru guesthouse. The impeccable service, charming history, and warm atmosphere create an unforgettable experience. And what can I say about the food? Exquisite! I highly recommend the house cocktail, the steak tartare, and all the other dishes. Don't miss the Roquefort mousse; it's absolutely divine. And of course, dessert is a must to top it all off. Everything is delicious! A huge thank you for this wonderful time and for delighting our taste buds.

A small, intimate restaurant in a village in the Vexin region. The restaurant doesn't have many tables, so reservations are essential. The decor is understated yet elegant, and the atmosphere is very cozy thanks to the decor and lighting. There were Christmas decorations when we visited, which added a lovely touch. The menu is varied enough that everyone should find something they like. The portions are quite generous and very well prepared. The ingredients are of high quality and a delight for the taste buds. The service is neither too slow nor too fast and is of good quality. However, there are a few minor points to note: the parking lot is small, and when it's full, there are no other parking options in the village. Because the restaurant is small and the tables are quite close together, the atmosphere quickly becomes noisy, and even very noisy when a large group is present and makes no effort to be discreet. It's very unpleasant to hear the people at another table more than the people you're dining with... But this isn't a criticism of the restaurant itself, but rather a lack of consideration on the part of the staff. The prices are quite high, even though the quality is there, and I think it's a shame there isn't an intermediate menu to avoid having to order à la carte. The five-course tasting menu is interesting but is mandatory for the entire table, which is a shame because not everyone has the same appetite. In short, a very good restaurant located in a pretty little village, where the food is excellent, but it's not necessarily suitable for all budgets. However, if you appreciate fine dining, I recommend it without hesitation.
