I visited this IKKS store last week and was greeted by a whole smiling team who took the time to help me despite the crowds due to the sales.

Hello, I visited your store yesterday, which I hadn't been to before. Until now, I usually shopped at IKKS Châtelet-Les Halles or on Rue des Capucines, but those stores are now closed. I was very pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the sales assistant. In the morning, I called to ask if they could set aside three items for me, and this was done with great kindness and professionalism. However, I think it would be helpful to review the customer service at the Aéroville and Saint-Sulpice stores. When I contacted them by phone, I was not at all well received and felt like I was being brushed off. I'm sorry I didn't ask for the name of the sales assistant at the Bercy store, as she truly deserves to be commended, as does her colleague. In any case, I will return to this store with great pleasure. Thank you again for your excellent welcome.

I highly recommend this shop. The saleswomen Anaelle and Valérie are very helpful, friendly, and professional.
