La Tarte Tropezienne sur Marseille

I bought a raspberry Tropezienne tart for just over €30... the cream was perfect, but the brioche was incredibly dry, as if it hadn't been baked that day. I think that at that price, you'd expect better!

I love the Tropezian mille-feuille and the chocolate entremets, which are excellent. The staff are efficient and top-notch.

Disappointed not with the quality but with the unreliable ordering process. For two years in a row, I've ordered for my husband's birthday on December 31st, requesting that "Happy Birthday" be written on the Tropézienne cake. Well, for two years now, I haven't received "Happy Birthday." They apologize and give me a generic "Happy Birthday." I think I'm going to give up on the idea of ​​ordering his favorite cake from the St. Julien shop.

Tropézienne is always top-notch! A little less sugar in the cream would be perfect...
