La taverne sur Calais

I went there with Denis and his mother. We had a very good meal 👍

Delicious meals and relaxing vibe.

Simple but very good food. We hesitated to go in because of the old-fashioned storefront, but we were pleasantly surprised and had a very good meal.

Excellent value for money. The meat is very good, and we had a pleasant time there.

Great little place to have a bite of lunch whilst in Calais. Good, friendly quick service, lovely food at reasonable prices. We had the steak with peppercorn sauce and fries. The steak was cooked exactly as requested, 2 well done, one medium, one medium rare. Easy free parking near to the Restaurant. We will return again on our next visit to Calais.
