Always great service at the Tavern! It's wonderful! We used to come by motorcycle and now we came in our campervan on Sunday! The staff were friendly and welcoming, the customers greeted us, in short, a relaxed and respectful atmosphere! Thank you and... see you soon!

It's a large restaurant, which might be a little daunting, but my apprehension quickly vanished when I tasted the dishes I ordered. The morel mushroom tart, in particular, was absolutely divine.
Very reasonable prices, very friendly staff, a wide selection of dishes, naturally based on Franche-Comté cuisine, and a great variety of fondues—what more could you ask for in the heart of the Jura forest?

It's not possible to have a cocktail at lunchtime; that's only available in the evening.
I ordered a morel mushroom tart. The only truly vegetarian dish on the menu. They list two others with the "green salad" symbol, but both contain fish. So, this was the only real vegetarian option. The dish wasn't anything special. It's just bread, sauce, and morels. No side dishes, and the sauce was too runny. Paying €23 for a plate of bread and sauce? No thanks. The morels were also bland. But the wood-paneled decor is nice.

I went there with my family, without much expectation. I was very pleasantly surprised. It's a roadside restaurant, but you quickly forget the location once you're inside the lovely wood-paneled dining room. The staff were very friendly and competent. We ordered three very different dishes: fish, a burger, and morbiflette (a type of potato and cheese dish). Everyone ate very well. Just one small complaint: the blueberry tart was uninteresting and rather dry. €40 per person for an aperitif, main course, dessert, and a bottle of wine.

We grabbed two burgers with fries and salad to go without pre-ordering. Both burgers were fantastic! One with Comté cheese and the other with Morbier; the caramelized onions and pickles were a nice change from the classic burger.
One small negative point, but it didn't affect the overall rating: the service was a bit cold, and we weren't given much guidance from a server. The manager had to explain things to us.
I recommend it; it's very good.
