I had a wonderful time at La Taverne de l’Escuelle during my holiday in Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert! The setting is magnificent, the atmosphere warm, and the welcome truly friendly. The dishes are generous, delicious, and prepared with high-quality ingredients. Special mention goes to the attentive service from beginning to end. A truly lovely place that I wholeheartedly recommend for fully enjoying the charm of the village over a delicious meal!

The melted Camembert was excellent, but the tartiflette was average, and the selection of gourmet coffees was a bit limited.

While visiting Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, I stumbled upon this restaurant, La Taverne de l'Escuelle. Lovely decor, very good food at reasonable prices, friendly and attentive staff. I highly recommend this restaurant! 👍

Phew, the tavern is open in one of the most beautiful villages in France... a warm welcome from smiling young people. A drink and an original homemade meal, ideal for our visit... enjoy your visit!
