Hello, I'm just giving my opinion on the restaurant. The "bull" dish was good, but was it really bull meat?
The thin galette was good but sparsely filled.
We were there in May, and it wasn't busy.
However, cleanliness needs improvement: towels were left on the floor, and the restrooms are in serious need of renovation.

The restaurant was in excellent condition and very clean. The waiter was pleasant and efficient. The bull stew was excellent and perfectly seasoned. I highly recommend it and will definitely return.

I highly recommend this restaurant; it's great and well-located. We were served very quickly, and the dishes were delicious and generous (bull stew and roasted Camembert). The desserts were just as good. The staff were very friendly and welcoming!

Excellent experience! I ate there with my partner and we had a truly wonderful time. The food is delicious, the dishes are appetizing, beautifully presented, and above all, generous—you definitely get your money's worth.
The service is top-notch: warm, attentive, and professional. You feel comfortable from beginning to end, with efficient and reliable service.
I highly recommend this place!

While visiting Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, I stumbled upon this restaurant, La Taverne de l'Escuelle. Lovely decor, very good food at reasonable prices, friendly and attentive staff. I highly recommend this restaurant! 👍

The restaurant is well-located with reasonable prices and fairly quick service. However, I found the portions rather small: the galettes and crêpes weren't very generously filled, and despite having a main course and dessert, I was still hungry when I left. Overall, an acceptable experience, but one that could be improved with more substantial portions.

The tavern-hotel restaurant is nice, with a varied menu (crepes, which seem to be their specialty, pizzas, meat dishes, etc.). We had a tartiflette, and it was quite good. The traditional sausages are excellent.
Rustic but pleasant decor.
Good atmosphere.
Baby-friendly restroom with a changing table.
