Excellent biang biang mian in a small, cozy room with a view of the kitchen. There can sometimes be a bit of a wait, but they take your number and call you back, which is convenient. Efficient and friendly service. Special mention for the biang biang with egg/tomato sauce, which are truly delicious.

One of my favorite spots in Paris, it's a sure thing. I'm just sad they no longer have the potato salad that was on the menu as a starter before the renovations; it was delicious! Special mention for the sesame ice cream for dessert; the combination with chili is surprising, but it works very well!

My Noodles

13/06/2026: I discovered this restaurant in 2017 when I was working nearby. It quickly became my go-to spot: the dishes are relatively affordable, of high quality, and served with the radiant smiles of the waitresses and the efficient skill of the cooks, whose work you can even see at the entrance. A must-try, except perhaps when it comes to choosing, because it's not easy to look at a menu like that :P
