It's wonderful to find such a good restaurant in Guise. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything is delicious, and the owners are very friendly. Bravo!!! Once again, we had a wonderful meal yesterday. The foie gras was excellent and the portions generous, the sweetbreads delicious, and the vegetables are always wonderfully cooked. And the desserts!!...The smiles, the explanations of the dishes, the little touches (extra XXL whipped cream 😉). Thank you a thousand times over.

A wonderful discovery! Real flavors on the plate, all served with a relaxed atmosphere and smiles from Lucille and Vincent. A children's menu that's a welcome change from fries and nuggets—a first for our 6-year-old daughter, who devoured her chicken stew with "delicious yum-yum" mashed potatoes. The Baileys mousse... absolutely divine!

Lucille sincerely expresses her love for the region and her passion for her craft, which she shares with her husband and brother-in-law, a chef. The cuisine is both refined and sophisticated, based on high-quality local produce, and deservedly awarded a Gault&Millault toque – a well-earned recognition! The tastes, the flavors, and the presentation of the dishes will undoubtedly entice you to return to this delightful tavern. ☺️
