From dish to dish, and from surprise to surprise. A cold Maroilles tart with bacon meringue and fried onions. The Fête de la Musique invited itself into all my taste buds, and it was a true festival. The bar that followed was divinely succulent, enhanced by a trail of vegetables carefully planted and harvested by a very pleasant team, both in the dining room and in the kitchen. And to finish, a gourmet coffee that deserves to be among the most beautiful monuments in France. Thank you for this magnificent discovery.

Passing near Guise, we looked for an original gourmet restaurant whose quality no longer needs to be proven. Delighted to see that the reviews lived up to the promise. The service was impeccable, we appreciated the flavors, the hospitality, the sympathy and the general atmosphere of the place. A real pleasure to have passed by this place. Too bad we don't have a way to bring this type of table to the East side. Thank you again for this delicious moment.

Excellent cuisine, all the spirit of the North, with gastronomic refinement (notably the revisited Maroilles tart), very good, local products. Maroille steak, simple and devilishly effective. And the generosity of the North, also in service. We will come back without hesitation!
