Le Jardin sur Guise

The food was excellent, the service a little slow, but it was a special day with events at the Familistère, so the restaurant was full.

Passing through the area, we stopped for lunch at the restaurant "Le Jardin," and what a wonderful discovery! Our first excellent surprise was the free parking right across the street, which was very convenient. Being a chef myself, I'm quite demanding. The welcome was warm and professional from the moment we arrived. We opted for the €30 set menus (starter + main course). We each chose different dishes, and as usual, we tasted everything 😊. The result: everything was delicious, perfectly executed, and generous. They also gave us excellent wine recommendations, and the service was impeccable from start to finish. One small but important detail: the restrooms were spotless. I highly recommend this restaurant without hesitation. 5/5!

Fast service, perfect food (the Maroilles sauce was divine)! The chocolate caramel cake was divine, what more can I say except go for it, you won't regret it! Thanks again to the garden staff...

We came for lunch at this highly rated restaurant. The welcome was friendly. We were seated in a room upstairs. The €16 set lunch menu, including a starter and main course, was more than enough. The portions were generous and delicious. The service was quite quick despite the large number of customers. It's a great place to eat in this pretty village. We ate for under €40 for two people. Very good.

VERY GOOD, the welcome was very good, the service was quick, I had an ocean salad, excellent, everything is homemade, the chocolate fondant was very good! I will return very soon.
