Superb team, warm welcome, excellent service, and above all, the smiles of the waitress and the manager. After a great bike ride, we were thrilled to have such a delicious meal. Keep up the good work @teamweldom
Passing through the area, I stopped at this restaurant because the one I had originally chosen was closed.
Located in the small lounge, the decor is very vintage, and the music contributes to a pleasant atmosphere, although it's a bit loud and could be turned down a little.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
As for the food, I opted for the set menu at €17.
The surf and turf salad starter was underwhelming, the portions too small (3 shrimp, a small piece of terrine, and a wilted lettuce leaf). They would have been better off omitting the salad and half a cherry tomato to make room for a few more shrimp and a gherkin.
The main course was reasonably generous: a chicken leg in a creamy mushroom sauce, and pilaf rice.
For dessert, a rather bland vanilla mousse served with strawberries straight from the fridge.
The bill came to €17, including a glass of wine and coffee.
Overall, with a few adjustments, it could become a good place.
I hope these few remarks help you 👍
