Passing through Cusset, we ordered the daily special. Veal chop, ratatouille, Norman apple tart, and a scoop of vanilla ice cream—very good! However, the veal chop was a bit overcooked, perhaps even reheated, and not very thick, which made it tough. The server was very good.

Here you can enjoy excellent Salers or Aubrac beef, cooked to perfection and served with real fries and ratatouille. A very good selection of wines by the glass. A very warm welcome and excellent service. The price is quite reasonable for the quality. Terrace or indoor seating available.

01/07/2026: I came (from Moulins, for me) on July 1st with my friend! Wonderful little family restaurant! We had a pork chop with pasta, a cheese platter, ice cream for my friend, and a slice of peach tart! For starters, there was a simple but well-stocked all-you-can-eat buffet! Fresh products! It was delicious in a friendly, family atmosphere! We'll be back! Well done!

Le Brayaud

30/07/2026: It's always a pleasure to eat at Brayaud: the food is excellent (the fries and Brayaud sauce are incredible), the welcome is friendly, and the service is impeccable. Simple but effective, one of my favorite restaurants!
08/06/2026: Open late, especially on Saturday nights. Ideal when you're going to the Alice Festival and haven't made any plans!
