I ordered the sirloin steak, cooked rare, and the meat was incredibly tough; I've never had a steak like it. The price was €22. A €15 steak would be much better. I left a review because I paid the full menu price. It's not right; the restaurant shouldn't have charged me.

We had a drink and lunch, and the welcome was wonderful! Special mention to Sacha, who was exceptionally kind here in Le Touquet. I highly recommend it if you're looking for quality and friendliness.

My family and I ate at this restaurant... The staff were very welcoming and kind to our children, and the service was more than adequate, always with a smile. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Restaurant Lycee Hotelier Brillat-Savarin

17/11/2025: For a dinner for four with friends on Thursday evening, November 13, 2025, it was an excellent experience. A huge thank you to Mr. Joss and the students who prepared a superb gourmet meal for us, with wines perfectly paired with each course. The main course, a sirloin steak Wellington with vegetables, was succulent and kept warm in a cloche-style serving trolley reminiscent of the finest vintage pieces! Congratulations again to the teachers and students for this wonderful evening.

12/04/2026: The service was excellent. I ordered mussels with Maroilles cheese; it's a shame the sauce was a bit too thin, but it was still very good.
09/04/2026: We ate well, but it was very expensive for the price. The beef fillet is served with a handful of fries, and if you ask for more, they bring you a generous portion, but they charge you extra... whereas in other restaurants it's included. Avoid it. The service is average.
