Thank you to Jean-Paul for this delightful interlude. The tomato soup evokes memories of tomatoes from our grandmothers' gardens. A cuisine without artifice, where flavor reigns supreme. La Telline is one of those places where you come as much for the food as for the atmosphere: an intimate and welcoming setting that you almost hesitate to reveal, so eager are you to keep it secret. But the pleasure is even greater when shared with loved ones.

At La Telline, everything is simply perfect: the kindness of Jean-Paul and Florence, the idyllic setting, and of course, the delicious food. It's fresh, it's local, it's wonderful—I highly recommend it!

Excessively expensive for mediocre and meager fare: €76 for two people without drinks or dessert. Parisian prices in the middle of the Camargue – no credit cards accepted. Not even bistronomic. Very pleasant service and a warm atmosphere.

L'Arlatan

17/06/2026: This hotel far surpassed my hopes and expectations. Websites can oversell a place with camera angles and photo edits and I was prepared to be slightly underwhelmed by L'Arlatan. Instead, I found that the hotel, restaurant, bar, and grounds were so phenomenal that the website actually undersold the space. It’s even more incredible in person. Everything was perfect - the comfort, coolness, and beauty of the rooms, the kindness of the staff, the stunning gardens and the phenomenal restaurant. Every detail is thoughtful and perfectly executed. I thought Arles would be a quick trip while passing through Provence but instead I’m already planning my next visit just so I can stay at L’Arlatan again. Thank you for an incredible experience!
26/05/2026: We had dinner in the restaurant's courtyard and it was a lovely experience. The atmosphere is peaceful, the service is pleasant and friendly, with helpful recommendations. A special mention for the strawberry dessert on the new menu.
