We ate at a restaurant yesterday. We were a table of seven. The wait was enormous… we were at the table for three hours. They forgot our order, doubled it, and the bread was stale. The food was good, but the wait and the service were truly poor. A shame.

Nice setting, but unfortunately that's not everything: rice without salt, tough hanger steak, and dull knives. The chicken was definitely overcooked and dry. I tried it at 63 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes; low-temperature cooking is the future. The bread was probably from lunchtime because it was soft and dry. The tomato entree was excellent; don't change a thing.

Reservations are recommended. The food and drinks are delicious. A nice little bonus: in summer, you can admire the Pont du Gard in the evening with a light show. This is included free of charge. One minor drawback of the restaurant is that if you arrive by car, you'll always have to pay a €9 parking fee. This isn't the restaurant's fault; the only parking option is the large car park in front of the Pont du Gard, and that costs €9 as well.

The restaurant has an excellent location and the food is delicious. The service can be a little slow when it's busy. The servers are friendly. However, the waitress who handles the checkout inside the restaurant is very indifferent. She left to attend to other tasks while I was swiping my card, without offering a single word of greeting. She treated me noticeably differently from other customers.

Thank you Cecilia for your good humor, kindness, and professionalism. Thank you Chef for the sharing platter and the succulent flank steak. Even without the view of the incredible Pont du Gard, lunch at Les Terrasses would have been a true delight.

We had a very good experience at this restaurant with good food and fast service. Misting systems were installed to help keep us cool during this heatwave.

A complete menu with starter, main course, and dessert. Cool and shady with misting fans! View of the Pont du Gar. The service was very pleasant, kind, and attentive. Thank you very much! I highly recommend it.

28/08/2026: Terrace overlooking the aqueduct. Enjoy a set menu for €25 or an à la carte menu for €35. Excellent food and impeccable service. Several staff members work together to serve you. A pleasant spot. The La Terrasse snack bar is right next door. Parking on the right bank is €9 per day (August 2026). Parking is easy at the end of August.
27/08/2026: A wonderful discovery! Even though the wait was a little long, the magnificent setting completely made me forget about that. I highly recommend it.

La Crêpe Rit

18/09/2026: Another visit... very disappointed. The Charolais beef was very dry; we suspect it was cooked a day or two earlier. The minced meat was scattered and weighed approximately 40g. When I pointed this out to the waitress, who reported it to the kitchen, she laughed it off... how rude! The price of the Charolais beef and a small salad was €16.30. The second course was a salad from the southwest, four measly slices of smoked duck breast, and a 5mm slice of slightly greenish foie gras (perhaps due to refrigeration of opened product or something similar). Price: €17.00. The outdoor terrace overlooking one of Remoulins' main intersections was pleasant but noisy. The waitress was pleasant. Having been a professional crêpe maker, I can make these observations; perhaps I just happened to be there on an off day or with a bad team.
12/09/2026: Overall, a good crêperie with a wide selection of savory crêpes. The waitress was friendly. The children's menu is very good, with plenty of choice. However, I was very disappointed with the waffle for dessert, which was burnt and dry. There was no compensation offered either, even though I was told the drink would be €3 when I ordered, but it was later charged at €5. They simply told me the waitress had made a mistake… if I were them, I would have charged the quoted price…
