Why not 5 stars.... seriously, no mosquito net on a hotel window? I know that doesn't seem normal in France, but in a hotel it should. I got up with 25 bites on 1st morning having slept with the window open. Otherwise everything ok for this place, well located.

Ideally located with parking available. The girls at reception are charming and very friendly. Downside to the cleaning lady who is more concerned about her appearance than her work in the room, namely cleaning!! Bathroom cup and lack of towel other than that I recommend
Nice hotel in the center of Douai. Comfortable room, except the bathroom, as it does not have a shower. Nice breakfast. Attentive staff. Be careful with the stairs when climbing with heavy suitcases
This is a very well located hotel, which requires a complete renovation, its private parking, not far away, is not guarded, with plenty of space, behind a building, with its street entrance, a door system would be great. The staff is most helpful, which compensates for the dilapidation of the place.
