I booked a night at this hotel before reading the Google reviews, which had worried me a bit. So I took the time to share my concerns with the hotel before my arrival, and I really appreciated their attentiveness and understanding. In the end, I was pleasantly surprised: the room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I expected. The staff were also welcoming and professional throughout my stay. A great experience for me—I'll keep the address in mind if I'm ever back in Douai!

22/06/2026: I always grab a pizza when I'm in Douai. I highly recommend them; they make both the pizzas and the dough on-site. They're baked in a wood-fired oven, which makes all the difference to the taste. The service is friendly and quick. There's a small terrace for sunny days.
