I booked a night at this hotel before reading the Google reviews, which had worried me a bit. So I took the time to share my concerns with the hotel before my arrival, and I really appreciated their attentiveness and understanding. In the end, I was pleasantly surprised: the room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I expected. The staff were also welcoming and professional throughout my stay.
