La terrasse sur Meung-Sur-Loire

Passing through the region for a weekend, I made a last-minute call for dinner. The welcome was very warm and the food was of very high quality.

Passing through the region to visit the Château de Meung-sur-Loire, we were looking for a restaurant and chose "La Terrasse." We weren't disappointed with our choice. The upstairs dining room is relaxing and cozy, and the seating is comfortable. The pizzas were delicious, and the thin, crispy crust was excellent, not thick at all, as were the cocktails. 😋 The waiter was welcoming and friendly. I agree with some other online reviewers about the €3 salad bowl being an extra charge. P.S. As someone who loves to add chili to my pizza, I was disappointed by the unflavored oil.

Very good pizza. Generously topped. The crust is very thin.

Excellent pizzas served with a smile in a friendly atmosphere. When the weather is nice, the terrace under the market hall is perfect. I highly recommend it.
