The dishes are refined and the flavors sophisticated, all complemented by a very good wine list. The terrace is truly lovely. The staff is charming. We come regularly and are never disappointed.

A superb discovery! The setting is magnificent and the terrace is very comfortable, perfect for enjoying a delicious meal. The welcome is warm and the staff is incredibly attentive. As for the food, it was a real treat: from the appetizer to the dessert, everything was delicious, with high-quality ingredients and perfectly executed dishes. An excellent restaurant in the Chevreuse Valley, where we will gladly return. Everything was perfect!

Chef Alexandre Brunschweiler and pastry chef Valentin Arieas impressed us with their art. The restaurant is one of our best addresses in the department. There is impressive research in the recipes, the products and in the presentation of the plate. Very good selection of wines. The terrace is very pleasant in summer.

Absolutely exceptional dishes! Thank you for this gastronomic experience. We'll be back this summer to enjoy the terrace. We did come back this summer, and even came back again... and again... I've updated photos of some dishes from spring 2026. Beef gravlax, pollack, and marbled chocolate cake... pure marvels...
