Chef Alexandre Brunschweiler and pastry chef Valentin Arieas impressed us with their art. The restaurant is one of our best addresses in the department. There is impressive research in the recipes, the products and in the presentation of the plate. Very good selection of wines. The terrace is very pleasant in summer.

Absolutely exceptional dishes! Thank you for this gastronomic experience. We'll be back this summer to enjoy the terrace. We did come back this summer, and even came back again... and again... I've updated photos of some dishes from spring 2026. Beef gravlax, pollack, and marbled chocolate cake... pure marvels...

Excellent restaurant. Warm welcome, impeccable service, and very good food. The sauces are excellent, as are the meat and fish dishes. The portions are generous, and there's a good selection of wines at reasonable prices. The setting is also very pleasant.

A restaurant I wholeheartedly recommend; the food is exceptional and the setting is delightful. We go back regularly… the only slight disappointment is the wine cellar, which doesn't quite live up to the rest of the experience—a shame!
