Time stood still here. In a Provençal square in Collobrières, accompanied by a string duo, we went for lunch at the restaurant La Terrasse Provençale. You'll be welcomed by the family: the owner, Orsan, his daughter-in-law, Célia, the owner's son, and his mother in the kitchen. Excellent, refined Provençal dishes with generous portions. You won't be disappointed... An unforgettable moment. Thank you.

We had a wonderful meal with a friend from Bormes...a great discovery! Superb cuisine, we thoroughly enjoyed the calf's head with gribiche sauce! A very pleasant little carafe of white wine and a very welcoming, family atmosphere with bananas! Don't pass through the area without stopping to eat there. An excellent welcome from all the staff and the owner. They were very attentive. My husband had foie gras, and I had zucchini blossom fritters with salad and garden tomatoes. He had steak and fries, and I had lamb shank and fries. Dessert was chestnut ice cream from Collobrières. On Friday, July 17, 2026, even after service had ended, they were still happy to serve more meals. A complimentary digestif and coffee were also offered. We highly recommend this restaurant if you're in the area, especially the Provençal Terrace. Thank you! A little wink to remind you of us, pigeons! 🤣🤣

We came as a group of four, without a reservation, and received a wonderful welcome from everyone (finally, a restaurant where they take the time to get to know and talk to the customers!). The food was excellent and very affordable: we had burrata with garden tomatoes, zucchini blossom fritters (which actually contained zucchini blossoms, not just batter), two excellent foie gras terrines, followed by lamb shank, veal kidneys, and ribeye steak with porcini mushroom sauce, and for dessert, chestnut ice cream. The value for money was outstanding, and the location was so charming, very shaded, and secluded. The owner and staff were always smiling and genuinely happy to welcome customers. It's becoming so rare these days that I highly recommend stopping by... We will definitely be back.

Excellent restaurant, staff more than helpful.

Exceptional restaurant! We were truly blown away by the quality of this restaurant. Unfortunately, at the end of our meal, a fire broke out in the owners' apartment, located above the restaurant. Once the fire was under control, I tried several times to pay for our meal in cash. Neither the owners nor their son would accept any payment, apologizing for this "catastrophic" end to our meal (even though we were never in any danger on the terrace). This gesture speaks volumes about their kindness and the attention they pay to their customers. They are incredibly generous and exceptionally caring people. As for their cuisine, typically Provençal, it was simply the best we tasted during our three-week stay in Provence.
