11/06/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A wonderful discovery at Restaurant des Maures! We had a fantastic time. We started with an Imperial beer with candied chestnuts and a chestnut kir, original and delicious specialties. For the main courses, the wild boar stew with chestnuts was flavorful and perfectly cooked, as were the tender and generous pork ribs. To finish, the gourmet coffee was a real treat. The welcome was warm, the service pleasant, and the atmosphere convivial. The entire team was attentive to our needs. We highly recommend this restaurant when visiting Collobrières.

23/04/2026: It is such a shame. The internet says it is open and the menu is also outside, but they are still closed until May. It is a disappointment that you don't get the correct information.
