Excellent meal today, kudos to the chef! The stuffed tomatoes were delicious. The fish was cooked perfectly. I highly recommend it. As for the price, it's worth coming every day.

Lunch on a Sunday. Warm welcome, excellent food; the grilled John Dory with vegetables was delicious, as were the frog legs (reservations recommended). We'll definitely be back.

A wonderful culinary discovery in Virey-le-Grand! La Thaliette restaurant captivates from the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is incredibly casual, and the service is friendly, efficient, and helpful. The food is simply a poetry of flavor. From the daily menu, we had the opportunity to try perfectly prepared trout and fantastic, flavorful stuffed tomatoes. The beef burger we also ordered was a hit – the meat was juicy and perfectly seasoned. Everything was fresh, seasonal, and served with meticulous attention to detail. We were so enchanted by the place that we returned the next morning for a delicious coffee. We will definitely be back; I highly recommend it!

While on holiday in Burgundy, I recently discovered this bistro-style restaurant in the heart of the charming little village of Virey, and it's a real gem. The atmosphere is very friendly, the service is excellent, and the homemade dishes are delicious and generous from appetizer to dessert. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back before I leave.

During my bike ride from Nantes to Mulhouse, I left EV6 and stopped at La Thaliette. There, I found the kind of traditional cuisine I'd dreamed of for my journey: not a snack, not heavy, and perfect for fueling my efforts. I had fish on a bed of tender zucchini, a strawberry salad with ice cream. Definitely a "seasonal meal." Over roughly 1000km, it was, for me, the best meal suited to my needs. Proof of this is that I stopped there again on my return trip, also by bike, for trout with polenta and strawberries. I was so engrossed in the meal that I almost forgot about the efficient and attentive staff. And kudos to the chef!

I went there, I came back today, and I'll be back again for the warm, family welcome, impeccable service, and the delicious Sunday menu. Well done!
