A wonderful time (and a delicious culinary experience) in a unique setting, in the shade of a tree in front of the old stone walls of the inn. The meal, prepared with farm-fresh (and local) produce, was fantastic. Thank you to Mathieu for sharing the history of his family and the inn with us. We wish them all the best for the future.

While hiking the GR736, we stumbled upon this farm inn. We were dreaming of a bed after five days of self-supported trekking. We found a gem there, thanks to its location in the heart of nature, a warm welcome, a charming and unique room, and an incredible five-course meal at a more than reasonable price, all made with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients! This farm is well worth a visit for anyone who loves peace and quiet in nature and wants to disconnect from the modern world. A truly wonderful memory of our GR736 hike in the Tarn region.
