La Tomette sur Caen

We stumbled upon this place and received a very warm welcome. The dishes are beautifully prepared, and even a simple steak tartare or smash burger becomes divine. Every ingredient is carefully selected. All this was accompanied by a good wine. I highly recommend this restaurant; we had a wonderful time. Thanks, Norbert! 😊😂😂

A relaxed and humorous owner, a place where the stones seem to speak, generous portions, delicious ingredients, homemade cuisine, and a delightful little white wine from the southwest, "Frisson d'automne" (Autumn Thrill). In short... An excellent evening for the two friends (the brunette and the blonde) who will definitely be back. Well done! Don't change a thing, and especially not the pistachio crème brûlée 😋!

The flavors are very good, both in the savory dishes and the desserts. Prices are fair, if not slightly below average, despite offering service and quality well above the norm. Special attention to children. They're ready to customize dishes according to guests' dietary restrictions, who are treated like friends. Recommended.
