La Toque Cuivrée sur Toulouse

The cannelés from Toque Cuivrée are excellent: a soft center and a caramelized crunch around them.

Update from December 23, 2023: I went to collect an order from the Toulouse store today around 2:45 p.m. and I was warmly welcomed by the young woman: smiling, friendly. I will not hesitate to come back from Albi. I'm not criticizing the Toulouse store which I don't know, but the product itself, the large cannelé. I ordered several on Monday on the site, collected yesterday in Bordeaux. Even today they were crispy. I will remain loyal to this brand and will not hesitate to order again from the site.

The cannelés are really excellent!! Soft to the core, crunchy caramelized shell, and super fragrant. Honestly a treat, I didn't think I would enjoy it as much as with those from Bordeaux 👍🏻 I recommend ++
