Subway sur Toulouse

The food is good, but the student discount isn't being applied. They said it's because the students are on holiday...

To the girls who were working on July 14th around 8 pm, a word of advice: please show some decorum. I understand it's hot, it's the end of the day, and you have a million and one reasons to complain, but when customers come in, talking loudly about your problems and your night out, and neglecting service and presentation, is unacceptable. The sandwich was barely holding together; the ingredients were hanging off the edge of the bread, and frankly, eating the salad with the mozzarella stuck to the meat with your fingers isn't exactly appealing. The preparation time isn't particularly long either, so it's not a big deal if the conversation doesn't last five minutes. Or at least the owner could put on some music and provide air conditioning for his employees.

I'm naturally introverted and had just come from a tiring audition, yet I felt fantastic thanks to the cleanliness, the freshness, the quality of the products, BUT ESPECIALLY the friendly and incredibly open-hearted staff who were so welcoming and chatty 🌸💓 Big shout-out to Angelina, Josia, and Kevin for making my evening so wonderful 🫡🎀✨

Fast service and a warm welcome! The sandwiches are delicious!

I received a very warm welcome from Josiah and Camille (I'm not sure I caught their names, but they'll know who they are 😊), and the service was excellent and generous. The only downside is the discontinuation of your self-service kiosks. They're too time-consuming, and you lose the opportunity to interact with customers, get advice, etc. Just try to order more than three sandwiches and it's a disaster. Some customers who arrive more than 15 minutes late end up being served first because, of course, they only order one sandwich per person. You're going to lose customers. Some realized this too late, and others were smart enough to ignore them. So, here's my advice: get rid of the kiosks. The restaurant itself is clean, no complaints.
