We were there for lunch right at opening time. The atmosphere was perfect, with a super friendly chef (thank goodness my colleague had a mustache!) 😉. It was my first time eating vegetarian food, and I wasn't disappointed at all; it was simply sublimely delicious, not very filling, but just the right amount. And yet, I'm usually the type to eat fries, fries, fries... The Thai broth was amazing, the main course was a delight for the taste buds, and the dessert was divine. And everything was homemade, please! I recommend it without hesitation. Plus, the service was quick, with a big smile and great professionalism.
Thank you again for this lovely meal. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Sauveterre-de-Guyenne.
My wife and I happened to stop in front of this restaurant at lunchtime. After asking about the daily menu, we decided to give it a try. We're so glad we did! A set menu, but perfectly cooked seasonal ingredients. We were delighted and completely satisfied. I would have liked a touch of greenery, but nobody's perfect. Thank you, La Tosca.
Passing through, we had a very good meal, with quality ingredients, well cooked and seasoned. Excellent, I highly recommend it. Thank you for your kindness.
We were very disappointed with this restaurant. Despite a good concept, this place failed to impress us. No aperitif was offered, and the portions were very small for the price. The waiter did manage to salvage things with a few typical Southwestern jokes.
We stopped for lunch on our trip to Saint Emilion and decided to try this restaurant's weekday menu.
They served us this starter of breaded and fried cheese with a delicious tomato sauce.
We followed this with a fish dish with pesto and cream sauce, which we also really liked.
Finally, we tried this kind of tartlet, which we loved.
The restaurant is small but charming, the service is warm and friendly, and the food is homemade and high-quality. I recommend it.
