Officially THE best homemade burger we've ever eaten! An ultra soft bun, a tasty homemade mayo sauce, and a smashed steak, crispy to perfection accompanied by homemade fries with Cajun spices! In addition to the craft beers, we had the pleasure of tasting a homemade dessert, a huge chocolate chip cookie, a real treat! The menu changes daily, offering unique recipes full of flavor. The manager, truly passionate, takes the time to explain each dish in detail. Go there with your eyes closed, you will not be disappointed! Thanks again for this lunch. We can’t wait to come back to taste other creations!

During my visit to Sauveterre, I had the pleasant surprise of discovering a restaurant offering cuisine that was both simple and refined, made from local products. Pierre, the owner, also introduced us to exceptional craft beer. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a quality dining experience.

We stopped at Tosca one lunchtime during a bike ride on the Roger Lapébie post and we were very well received by the owner for an excellent meal. The atmosphere is intimate and refined, the service is fast and very personalized, the owner takes the time to present the dishes of which he is very proud and to discuss with the guests. The cuisine is varied from day to day, we had the chance to enjoy the burger and its homemade fries, it was delicious and just what we needed to have energy for the afternoon's cycling . Everything is homemade with lots of love and you can taste it on the plate ☺️

A big thank you to Pierre for his warm welcome! The cuisine is simply succulent and I strongly advise you to at least try these burgers to die for. Looking forward to coming back to taste new recipes which I have no doubt will be delicious. Special bonus to the cookies that were unanimously approved by our divine palate experts. A simple and effective formula with a single dish which varies every day so as not to have a redundancy of proposition in an ordinary menu card offer. The meals are fresh, tasty, made with love daily and on the border of many well-mastered cuisines. All for a reasonable price and completely logical in terms of the proposition. En terrasse avec une jolie vue. Le restaurant la tosca nous a étonnés. Martin notée serveur à été aux petits soins. Une très bonne cuisine. Ma petite fille avec nous a goûté à tout. Poulpe. Calamars.et s'est régalée d'une assiette de pâte juste pour elle.. vraiment charmés par l'endroit. Je le recommande.. on reviendra.
