La Toscane sur Flers

Last night was our second time at this pizzeria. We received a very warm welcome and the pizza was excellent. We're always well received. Yes, it's busy, so you have to be patient; that's normal. The waiter does everything he can. Those who are unhappy can just stay home. We will gladly return. Thank you for your hospitality.

I stopped by for a pizza at lunchtime and received a very warm welcome. I had the pleasure of being served by a young first-year trainee from the Ferté-Macé culinary school, who made an excellent impression. It was wonderful to see her mentor take the time to teach her the trade with such skill and patience, whether it was about service techniques or how to open a bottle of wine. A big thank you to this professional who dedicates their time to helping her navigate her professional life with confidence. As for the food, from the aperitif to the gourmet coffee, I thoroughly enjoyed it. I will definitely be back with great pleasure.
