La Tour de Pizz sur Sainte-Savine

We went there with friends on Saturday. The welcome was charming and friendly. I live in the south, and I've never eaten such high-quality food. The pizzas were delicious, very generously topped, with a very thin crust, not with 10 cm of dough around it, and an incomparable taste. Bravo and thank you to the pizza chef!!! 👍👍👍👍👍👍 For dessert, I ordered a fraisier (strawberry cake). I was brought what looked like a Bavarian cream, which surprised me, almost disappointed, BUT I have no regrets... This dessert, a twist on the fraisier, was absolutely divine, a real showstopper!!! It was so good that I thought it came from a pastry shop, but no, it was made by the chef himself. So, once again, bravo and thank you to the chef!!! 👍👍👍👍👍👍 Go without hesitation, it's top quality at La Tour De Pizz, for everything: welcome, service, pizzas, desserts!!!

I've tried this place many times since it opened and have never been disappointed. The servers are very professional, the atmosphere is warm, and the food is excellent. It's always a pleasure to come. It's a shame that many desserts are often unavailable. I highly recommend it!

15 years later, I'm still enjoying that great family atmosphere. The welcome and smiles are still there, the prices are reasonable, and the wait is also reasonable. My only slight complaint is that the filling seems a little sparse, but it's still a very good place and I recommend it 😉

Friendly welcome, original and fairly good quality pizzas. The crust is thin and doesn't have much of a crust, which I appreciated. The edges are a little charred, but personally, I think that's a plus, since the rest of the pizza isn't overcooked. However, the major drawback is the raw onions in the pizza! Apparently, it's the same with the mushrooms. Hello bad breath and heartburn! And taste-wise, not great in my opinion. In any case, it would be better to mention it on the menu.

The setting is very pleasant and friendly, and the arrival of a new chef who offers menus other than pizza is a nice bonus.

Not really my style, too noisy, with cutlery and plates clattering every two seconds. The service, however, was almost perfect.

We felt a bit like we'd been ripped off. We had a meal with colleagues and had a reservation. Before we ordered, they brought us kirs, telling us they were complimentary. Surprised, we thanked the waitress. She came back several minutes later, and we ordered. 15 minutes after we arrived, we were served. The pizzas were delicate and delicious (Sicilian and Christmas). No time for dessert, so we paid and left. Then my colleague handed me the receipt she'd collected. SURPRISE! The kirs weren't complimentary at all! 🙄 There wasn't time to turn back and risk being late for work, but clearly, this didn't sit well...
