La Trattoria sur Reims

Food was good and the price was reasonable given the location of the restaurant. Excessively loud music, which doesn't suit a trattoria at all. We arrived at 11:53 a.m., the cash register was open on a table, the organization of the day had apparently not yet been fully discussed and we were immediately made aware that it was not yet 12 p.m.... Then the table allocation was a bit confusing. The mineral water bottle was already opened and brought without a cap. The manager who was made aware of this absolute no-go said that the opening was done at the bar and that the serving staff didn't have time to do it... The very thin base of the pizza was quite charred, but it was replaced by a perfectly prepared one in a very short time Copy replaced: the base was just right and the rather bulging edge was still completely baked.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy and the waiters/waitresses are very pleasant. Too bad to have had the dishes at the same time as the aperitif... Prices were a bit excessive given the quantities on the plate but they were very good. A good place to eat Italian in Reims.

I came Tuesday evening with a work colleague, we found the pizzas excellent and we returned the next day with 6 other colleagues, who enjoyed the same way. The decor is super nice, the atmosphere is warm and the people who took care of us were really adorable. Perfect service with a lot of kindness and naturalness. Really a place that I recommend. Too bad I live on the other side of France. Congratulations to the whole team and thank you!
