And frankly, 5 stars well deserved! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A very warm welcome, truly kind and pleasant staff, an excellent meal, and top-notch service. Everything was perfect from start to finish. I highly recommend La Traverse in Les Estables! A very good experience, and I'll gladly return. 😊

We received a very warm welcome, the waitress was very attentive and kind, and the food was excellent. From the fondue and beef dishes to the salad, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and had a wonderful evening.

We had a wonderful time at La Traverse. We tried both the lunch and dinner menus! At lunchtime, there was a small buffet of cold appetizers, which was very good! They also had an excellent daily special. In the evening, we had a choice between a veggie salad, a steak, or a burger. Everything was cooked with fresh ingredients, and we opted for the warm goat cheese and lentil salad. Excellent! The waitress was lovely and very kind. A pure delight!! Thank you so much! 👍
