We had a wonderful evening at La Traverse. We received a very warm welcome and excellent service. We had booked in advance, which I recommend as the dining room is small. During the meal, you are quickly enveloped by a delicious aroma of cheese – it's so pleasant. We were able to try the Fin Gras du Mézenc, and it was excellent!

A fantastic place! The dishes are simple, delicious, and made with local ingredients. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is very pleasant. A great find that I highly recommend!

We stayed for two nights at the Gîte La Traverse les Gueules de Loup. We were delighted. The accommodation is beautiful, everything is well thought out and modern, down to the smallest detail. The place is also very well heated, and the owner is very friendly and responsive.
One point to note, however, is that the staircase leading upstairs is not safe for very young children.

A true gem! From the moment you arrive, the welcome is warm and you immediately feel at ease. The dishes are as beautiful as they are delicious, featuring high-quality local produce, perfectly balanced flavors, and affordable prices. Special mention goes to Francis: attentive, smiling, and efficient. You can feel the passion in every detail. An address I wholeheartedly recommend and where we will definitely return!

Generous portions, and very good. A very pleasant welcome. They even thought of our children by giving them a little booklet with crayons and helping them choose their dessert. The restaurant was very clean.

I highly recommend this recently renovated buffet restaurant with its fresh and modern style.
The quality of the fresh, local produce is excellent, and the prices are great!
A huge thank you to Francis for his very warm welcome and for a wonderful evening!
