A delightful surprise! A charming little hotel with old-world appeal, very comfortable, impeccable service, helpful staff, and a very generous breakfast... Ideally located just a few minutes from Sarlat. We would definitely return!

During our weekend getaway in the Périgord region, we stumbled upon this small, unpretentious hotel-restaurant with a lovely atmosphere. The ambiance is cozy and romantic, thanks to its location by the water. The restaurant is excellent and highly recommended.

Lunch for nine of us was absolutely superb and cooked to perfection. The welcome and service was equally as good. I highly recommend their restaurant and we will be returning hopefully soon!

Le Centenaire

16/08/2026: A charming spot with a lovely wooden terrace and beautiful natural shade provided by a magnificent tree. The soft lighting enhances the warm and welcoming atmosphere. We've eaten here twice, drawn by the ambiance, the friendly service, and the delicious Périgord cuisine. The duck confit was tender and flavorful, and the Périgord platter was generous. There's a truly excellent selection of quality local products. A special mention for the cocktails: they're very generous! 😉
15/08/2026: A nice little restaurant under the trees, but the service was incredibly slow. We waited over an hour just for our food. The waitresses were friendly but kept forgetting to bring water and spent a lot of time joking around amongst themselves. The meat was good quality, it's a shame the fries were frozen. It's a shame about the restaurant; it seemed promising at first.
