Fred has changed her menu to include smaller dishes which gave us the opportunity to taste more of her unique and wonderful food. Where other local restaurants are mainly Catalan in their approach Fred creates a delicious and interesting fusion of various flavours and ingredients. She is a very talented chef who is passionate about pleasing her guests. . Her restaurant is an experience.. not only culinary but also to share time with her vibrant and engaging personalty. It’s an evening of fun and atmosphere where every morsal you taste is exceptional. Le Trencadis never disappoints.

Superb evening, very pleasant and friendly atmosphere, the dishes are exceptional and very well crafted from research to execution, explosions of flavors with each fork. I plan to return there very soon Thank you!
