Very good address for hikers, on the Stevenson of course, but also on the GR 736 (Gorges and Tarn valley). Welcome as friendly as it is professional, careful service. Attentive and efficient hosts. Impeccable room and bathroom. Delicious, hearty dinner suitable for hiking on demanding stages. Breakfast the same. Homemade products and local cuisine. Great value for money. I recommend this establishment without moderation.

At the top! A very family-friendly place where it's good to meet in the evening after a day of hiking. Very hearty and excellent meal as well as breakfast with a succulent chestnut cake! The rooms are very close as well as the WC. The owners are very friendly and attentive to our needs. I highly recommend a stay at the enchanted trout 😄

Thank you for the welcome and the quality of the meal. The spacious room and the calm are very appreciable after a long day of hiking... and the village of Pont Montvert is a gem!

Very warm welcome. Simple but clean room. Copious and excellent evening meal. Breakfast with good local jams (too bad no pastries or homemade cake). Very reasonable price.
