During our visit to Baume les Dames we called at the last minute for a reservation on a Saturday evening.
THE first impression is good, the waitress puts the carafe of water directly at the table, which is rare because we always have to ask for it everywhere.
As an aperitif, a nice homemade ponche.
At the meal carp fillet with salad fries served on a stove (quite copious, homemade mayonnaise) and pike perch fillet flambéed in cognac. Well presented cuisine that tastes good.
For dessert, a crème brûlée was shared ☺️.
Everything was good, nothing to complain about, with reasonable prices.
A little noisy atmosphere.
Restaurant to recommend without any problem.
A very friendly little restaurant where you eat large quantities of homemade dishes, impeccable service with a smile, pleasant surroundings, ample parking, it is an unmissable place for the number of years it has been open, is highly coveted by the locals. A must do absolutely.
