La Vache sur le toit has just perfected its excellent cuisine with the purchase of a new pizza oven (made in Italy), allowing us to enjoy a quality of pizza rarely equaled. A very warm welcome awaits you.

Perfect service, nothing to complain about! And a special mention for the gourmet coffee: absolutely amazing, even though it's not on the menu! 😋

A wonderful discovery! The food is excellent, hearty, and home-style. There's something for everyone, whether you eat in or take away. The manager, who also works as a server, is lovely and friendly. We discovered this restaurant during our vacation and we're so glad we did. We'll definitely be back on our next trip to the area.

We came to eat pizza. No oven. Not their fault. However, the carbonara crust was very good.

Simple, generous, and home-style cooking A great little spot in Gujan-Mestras, unpretentious, but with simple and satisfying cuisine. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, exactly the kind of restaurant where you can have a good time without any fuss. For a starter, I had a warm goat cheese salad: classic, but good and decent. For my main course, I chose the mussels with Roquefort cheese, and honestly, what a pleasant surprise! The mussels were a good size, and above all, the portion was really generous. A full plate with a lovely Roquefort sauce. It was definitely the dish that impressed me the most. To finish, I had a caramel panna cotta, which was good and a nice way to end the meal. In short, home-style cooking, simple and good, with generous portions and a friendly atmosphere. Not haute cuisine, but a restaurant that does the job and where you leave satisfied. An address I can recommend for a pleasant time enjoying unpretentious cuisine.

I came for just one pizza, the Vitto, which was prepared as soon as I ordered. A pleasant surprise, very good, and above all, the restaurant owners were super friendly! I recommend it.
