La Vague sur Hyeres

I came several times this summer and I'm coming back more and more often. I was pleasantly surprised by this place: the staff is lovely and the food is truly top-notch! The dishes are superb, and the service is quick and attentive. Working in the restaurant industry myself, it's rare these days to leave a restaurant completely satisfied… but this one gets a 10/10. We now know where to go for brunch, especially since it's open 7 days a week, even after the peak season. I highly recommend it!

A real gem. The brunch was excellent and the staff very attentive. It's available every day and they serve from 10 am to 4 pm non-stop. We'll be back!

A very pleasant place, with blankets available if you get a little chilly on the terrace. The dishes are generous and delicious; you can taste the freshness and care put into them. The waitresses are fantastic and very friendly. Thank you for your warm welcome.

Savory brunch on Sunday, October 19, 2025. The "Energy Plate" dish. Perfect. Very friendly and efficient service. The only downside was the coffee, whether it was "Espresso" or "Cream." While the dish was very well executed, the final note on the coffee didn't live up to the rest. A real shame, hence the one-star reduction. It needs to be fixed.

Thank you to Fanny and the chef who served us at lunchtime. The meal was delicious, and Fanny's welcome was very warm. The pancakes were to die for! We will be back and highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking for brunch. See you soon. Michael and Stephanie

Everything was perfect 👌 The meals were generous and delicious, and the peanut chai and matcha cinnamon were incredible. We ate there for two: two savory dishes, two sweet dishes, two hot drinks, one coffee, and one juice for 60 euros, which I thought was really reasonable!
