One of the best brunches you'll find in the entire Var region, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The €29 set menu is a great deal because for that price you get a hot drink, fresh fruit juice, a savory dish, and a sweet dish. All of your choice, which is very reasonable. And above all, it's delicious and generous! The welcome was warm, and we recommend booking if you're coming on the weekend or during the summer. This brunch is starting to get noticed, especially on social media; that's how we found it, and we'll definitely be back. See you soon, La Vague!

We went for brunch this morning, May 18th, 2026, to celebrate our 2nd anniversary, and they truly lived up to the hype!! The place is super cozy, the staff are absolutely lovely, the food is superb, and on top of that, delicious!

A very warm welcome, delicious from start to finish. The detox juice was delicious; you could really taste the fruits and vegetables. We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Visited twice during my stay in Hyères.
Lovely staff, really friendly and accommodating, delicious food, and nice atmosphere.
The fried chicken was absolutely amazing, so definitely recommend that one for anyone in doubt about what to order. ❤️

We had a lovely time; the establishment is well located and well laid out. A large, pleasant terrace and a nicely decorated interior. We had a cappuccino and a smoothie, both very good and beautifully presented. We tried the sweet pancakes and the savory waffles; the batter was good and well cooked, with a generous and flavorful topping. There's plenty of taste and a good selection! The welcome was warm and we were served quickly. Thank you!

I've had brunch at La Vague several times and I highly recommend it. The setting is beautiful, the atmosphere is pleasant, and everything is as delicious as it is beautiful.
The portions are generous, the ingredients are high-quality, and you can tell there's real care put into the presentation. Honestly, it's excellent value for money and well worth it. A great place for a delicious brunch in a fantastic setting!

What a fantastic find!
Everyone at the table loved it!
We came off-season, so there was no wait even though it was a bit busy.
This is the place to go for brunch, a truly excellent spot. The dishes were beautifully presented, the portions were generous, and frankly, we were completely full afterwards!
