Beware of one or two employers who work as if it were a factory and
Do not respect regular customers who just want to eat a daily meal and a glass of wine.
Know that a regular customer who eats twice a week is more rewarding than a customer who comes once and consumes a complete menu; in any case, all types of customers must be respected.
Catering is a profession and the small customer does not exist.

We had dinner this evening at Vague d'Or in Les Sablettes with another couple of friends. A table on the covered terrace, with a pleasant white fabric tablecloth (unfortunately rare in restaurants now), near an open bay on Sablettes beach with a view of Cap Sicié and Deux Frères. A very friendly waiter, Benoît, who immediately offered water and biscuits for our friends' dog. We had four different dishes (grilled sea bass, beef fillet, seven-hour lamb shoulder, fried slopes) all very good and perfectly cooked, and a bottle of white wine from Cassis, Ferme Blanche, always excellent. The prices of the food and wine are very reasonable for the quality and the service is pleasant. It was a good evening. Restaurant to recommend.

Loyal customers of Sunday morning breakfasts for many years....ah...Ms. Alunni and her team we miss you....the welcome from the bosses...who don't even respond to hello (and not only once)..
I give 3 stars for the servers, who were a little overwhelmed but who remained pleasant.
We'll have breakfast with the competitors too bad!

Nous recommandons cet établissement, qui sait traiter les produits avec finesse, délicatesse. De l entrée, au dessert pas de fausse note. Un travail soigné. Nous avons tellement adoré que nous y sommes retournes un jour après. Bravo au chef, à sa brigade, et à l accueil global réservé aux clients. La cuisine est raffinée, l ambiance agréable, la vue sur mer très agréable. Très bien sur tous les points. Adresse que nous conservons dans nos tablettes. Encore merci, continuez comme ça, c est un bel hommage à la cuisine française.

Accueil agréable tant au téléphone qu'au restaurant. Belle salle, il y a de la place, on n'est pas tassés. Le restaurant est bien situé en front de mer. La cuisine se débrouille pas mal, les cuissons sont maîtrisées. Avec les poissons, des sauces un peu moins bétonnées ajouteraient de la finesse, il y a là une marge de progrès...
On a passé un bon moment, je recommande ce restaurant.

Edit of 1/4/24: lunch on the closed pergola (for climatic reasons). Quite noisy atmosphere. The service is very friendly but it doesn't follow in the kitchen ‼️ 1 hour wait for the starter is a lot.
Refined, tasty and aesthetic cuisine but the plate remains expensive.
Otherwise the view is impeccable.
