We stopped by one evening with friends, soaked from the rain and carrying our hiking backpacks. The owner, who was running the restaurant alone at the time, was lovely. We were able to take shelter, recharge our phones, and enjoy delicious homemade pizzas. We wouldn't hesitate to go back if the opportunity arises!

Everything is homemade, right down to the bread, which is very rare and a sign of quality. We had a wonderful time in a lovely dining room, with impeccable service and gourmet dishes. I highly recommend it.

A delicious meal in a mountain setting. The manager, working alone that day, did her utmost to ensure everyone was served... and the dishes were generous and excellent... made with local produce! Well done to the staff and best of luck, we will gladly return!

The welcome from the manager, Sophie, was excellent. The food was delicious, Savoyard, and plentiful—exactly what you want in the mountains. The service was five-star, simple and authentic, just perfect. Bonus: apparently, their homemade génépi liqueur is excellent.

We stopped for lunch today; the pizza crust was very dry, and the owner was unfriendly and disorganized. We spent two hours at the table for a pizza and a coffee 🙄

A great place to eat in Val-Cenis. The fondues, tartiflettes, bavette steak, and fish and chips were delicious and generous portions. The restaurant owner is also a great shopkeeper. I highly recommend it.

04/07/2026: A small restaurant in Moncenisio: it's called a "polenteria" because it serves polenta in various ways (depending on the season), along with local appetizers and a good wine list. Excellent selection of ingredients, including polenta flour (coarsely ground "pignoletto rosso"). The owner is friendly, attentive, and helpful. The atmosphere is quiet, small, and peaceful. Parking is available near the restaurant (limited spaces), but there are excellent options nearby. Highly recommended; prices are in line with the quality of the products used.
