Birthday meal with about twenty people. The food and wine were excellent, as was the service. The restaurant was beautiful and spacious, with comfortable chairs. We have absolutely no complaints. We will be back. Thank you very much.

It's always a pleasure to spend time at this restaurant; the quality is consistently excellent. This type of place is quite rare. I highly recommend it; you won't be disappointed. The prices are very reasonable for the service provided. 5 stars. The waitresses are always pleasant and smiling. Thank you, well done! I look forward to seeing you again. Don't change a thing.

We ate here twice during our stay. The restaurant is friendly, and the waitress and owner were incredibly kind. Congratulations to the chefs; everything is excellent... the fresh pasta is absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant with its authentic Italian character. A lovely establishment.

Don't be fooled by the exterior of the building; the location and the building look a bit uninviting from the outside. But inside, it really is a beautiful restaurant and the dishes are sooooo delicious. You just need to make a reservation in advance during the high season. We ate pasta and pizzas here, and this was the best meal of the holiday. We regret not going sooner. So enjoy the fine and friendly service and the delicious food. Truly a top spot in La Bresse!

Very pleasant and smiling staff. Takeaway order with very good pizzas, the burrata is a treat, and hamburgers 🍔 with very good bread and meat and a generous portion of fries.

Don't be put off by the location and the view from the building. Inside, they serve delicious food at an affordable price, and the staff bring everything with a smile. Reservations are highly recommended, otherwise you won't get a table. Absolutely recommended.

04/08/2026: We happened to be in the area and discovered this fantastic restaurant. The concept had already impressed us online, and we weren't disappointed. We arrived at lunchtime, and since it was a spontaneous visit, we were still wearing our sportswear. That wasn't a problem at all. We felt very comfortable right away. The ambiance is cozy yet sophisticated. The menu was perfectly tailored to our tastes; every single course and every amuse-bouche tasted wonderful and was a truly delightful experience. The service was also very friendly and attentive. The value for money is excellent! We will definitely be back. I don't think there was a vegetarian option for the main course, but I imagine you could certainly inquire about that in advance.

26/08/2026: Simply exceptional! A must-visit in the Vosges. From the moment you arrive, the welcome is warm, friendly, and attentive. You immediately feel their passion and desire to please. And what can I say about the cuisine… A true marvel! High-quality, local ingredients, enhanced with great inventiveness while respecting the products and tradition. Perfect flavor combinations, expertly cooked dishes, plates as beautiful as they are delicious: a real treat for the taste buds. The setting is equally impressive, warm and peaceful, with an atmosphere that invites you to slow down and fully enjoy the moment. A huge congratulations to Audrey and Robin for this wonderful restaurant and their attention to detail. You leave L’Étable with a smile and only one desire: to return! An experience not to be missed!
19/08/2026: Excellent experience at L'Etable! The cuisine was refined and delicious (the rich jus accompanying the veal was wonderful) and the service very efficient, with a touch of humor. The terrace setting was also very pleasant. We highly recommend this restaurant in the hills above La Bresse. Remember to book!
