A truly wonderful experience, from the culinary side – a special mention for the pork knuckle with truffle jus, a perfect Saint Joseph wine to the icing on the cake – to the highly professional and enthusiastic service from the effervescent Valentine.

Excellent!! Amazing sauces! The scallop carpaccio was incredible! The scallops with saffron were a delight! The pasta with scallops in morel sauce was divine! This lunchtime, 100% scallops were pure bliss! The products are exceptional and the staff are lovely 😊👍 Book now and go! A fantastic place!

We were charmed by this excellent restaurant located on a quiet street. Reservations are essential as the establishment is quite small. Every dish is perfectly executed, from the appetizer (poached egg) to the main course (sweetbreads with truffle jus) and even the dessert. I was slightly less enthusiastic about the pineapple-passion fruit pavlova (I would have preferred it without the sorbet) than about the Paris-Brest or the profiteroles, both of which were divine. The wine list offers a well-informed selection, and the service is very professional and friendly. In the evening, the atmosphere is cozy and intimate, with tables that aren't too close together, which is lovely. We will definitely return on our next trip to Caen.

I'm lucky enough to travel a lot, and I'm always on the lookout for pleasant places whenever possible. And I have to say I found a gem. There were three of us for lunch, and it was flawless. The setting, the kindness of the staff, and the delicacy of the cuisine made my experience a moment in suspended animation. Whatever you order, everything is excellent, plentiful, and extremely well presented. Thank you for this pleasant experience. It's truly a treat for the taste buds. Run, don't wait any longer to discover this place like no other.

A quick dinner for two... A very warm welcome, excellent service, and Fabian's cuisine is always top-notch! A wonderful time! I highly recommend a visit to this place, which is well worth a visit.
